The profile we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 1+ year of experience leading a team of digital marketing professionals, either in a marketing agency or client-side role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Previous experience in real estate and financial services is nice to have
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support Kredium's growth objectives, including PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, including campaign managers, marketing designers, copywriters, and video editors
  • Work with senior leadership to identify market opportunities and develop campaigns to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals
  • Analyze digital marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure Kredium remains competitive

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing Kredium's digital marketing strategy to support the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with the leadership and sales teams to identify market opportunities and develop campaigns to capitalize on them. You will also lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality work that aligns with Kredium's brand values and business goals.

    We are looking for someone who is based in Belgrade or Nis.
